Meet Acute Medical Nurse Juan Paulo from Christchurch, New Zealand. Here is his perspective on facing the pandemic:
“I still find hope, courage, and faith during this global pandemic. I always try to uplift everyone by listening to everyone’s story and always make sure that I am there for them. I have been working hard all throughout this pandemic, serving those who are in need physically, mentally and emotionally. It can be challenging at times but I always find gratification when I am able to help people I am looking after or those people that surround me. I always tell them to take things one day at a time. Remind yourself about what’s important in your life and why. Tough times never last but tough people do. This line encourages me, and I have used it to keep up the spirit of others."
