Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer any returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.

PROUD FRONTLINER will not be held responsible for lost returns.


Defective items:

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, email  contact@proudfrontliner.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a picture of the defective item along with order number. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted for either a return or exchange.

 Exceptions/ non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In addition, due to the custom-made nature of our merchandise, there are no returns or exchanges especially with wrong sizes. Please refer to attached size guide for perfect fit. However, if there is anything wrong with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact contact@proudfrontliner.com.

 Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded or your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit care company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations:

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins, we can no longer cancel this order. If you do have a question about cancellations, please email us at contact@proudfrontliner.com and we will do our best to see if we can accommodate a cancellation request, though it is not guaranteed.

 Wrong Address:

If you have made an error in entering your address or realize there is a problem with your address, please contact  us  at contact@proudfrontliner.com and we would be happy to fix it for you. Please note that we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned to our production facility. To avoid the cost of reshipping, please carefully enter and review your address in placing your order.
